Carolyn studied at Thames Valley University in London for 4 years, gaining a BSc degree in Nutritional Medicine.

Carolyn first became interested in Nutritional Medicine after she herself contracted a viral infection which attacked her heart and nervous system, causing dilated cardiomyopathy and CFS/ME. She tried several therapies before finally discovering Nutritional Medicine. With treatment from a professional Clinical Nutritionist, Carolyn successfully recovered from her condition to lead a normal life. She set out to use this experience to help treat others suffering from CFS/ME, not only by qualifying as a Clinical Nutritionist herself, but also by conducting extensive further research into the effects and complications of this debilitating disease. Because of this unique experience, training & high success rate, Carolyn is now recognized as a specialist in ME/CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) Candida & Fibromyalgia.

Carolyn runs a successful IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) program which also treats ulcerative colitis, gastritis, diverticulitis and Crohns disease has a 90% success rate with her Weight loss program.

Carolyn is a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (B.A.N.T.). The Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) is a registered practitioner with the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC) and the CNHC (Complimentary Health Care Council).
